 Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except in 
exceptional circumstances when agreed with the Stuart Rogers' Studios (aka SRS, aka Raven Playhouse)

Respect for others: The Raven Playhouse reserves the right to terminate your participation at the discretion of the artistic director if you are deemed to have been ‘disruptive’. Under these circumstances any fees paid that remain uncommitted will be refunded.

Disclaimer of liability; Stuart Rogers' Studios/Stuart Rogers/The Raven Playhouse endeavors at all times to maintain a clean and safe environment. Nonetheless, SRS cannot be a guarantor of safety and each student and/or guest, by entering the SRS/Raven Playhouse facilities, assumes all risk of injury, loss, bodily harm and other damages. By entering the SRS/Raven Playhouse, you will be deemed to have waived all right to recovery from SRS/Raven Playhouse and its affiliates (and their respective employees, agents, officers and directors) for any such injury, loss, bodily harm and other damages, other than those directly resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of SRS/Raven Playhouse.
